David McKenna Chairman
David has been a business executive for 35 years and founded a healthcare revenue company in 2017 that he still oversees. He has worked in the past with Oceans of Hope, Habitat for Humanity and Easter Seals. He is currently the President of the Board of The Upward Trend Foundation which helps families with children that have learning disabilities.

Dan Askin, Vice Chair
Dan Askin has been actively involved in the non-profit area over the past 25 years, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer of CCA Florida. Currently Dan, and his wife Miriam, own Pedego Electric Bikes New Smyrna Beach.

Holly Buckley Secretary
Holly has been a licensed attorney in good standing in Maryland since 1988. My legal career initially was concentrated in commercial litigation and then shifted into medical malpractice litigation. Over the years she has been involved with hospice, local schools, and other philanthropic endeavors. Holly served on the board of the Maryland First Disability Trust, a non-profit organization specializing in special needs disability trustee services.

Mike McClanahan, Treasurer
Mike was born and raised in Orlando. He has spent the majority of my summers in NSB. He has been a permanent resident of NSB for the last 10 years. He has been a Banker in the Orlando market for 40 years and is currently the Central Florida Market President for BankUnited.

Ted Bolin
Ted has created and managed real estate related business ventures for over 35 years. He founded Flagship Companies Group in 2020 and serves currently as CEO. He has and continues to support various charitable and service organizations including Sanford and Winter Park Pregnancy Centers, Ligonier Ministries, Pop Warner Youth Football and Boy Scouts of America.

Terry Stephens
R.Terry Stephens is originally from West Virginia where he spent 40 years in the real estate business as a Coldwell Banker owner. He and his wife Virginia operate the Seahorse Motel in NSB. Terry is a proud Rotarian and has always been active in the community. He has served on many Boards for charitable foundations, non-profits, arts, and community organizations. A lifelong athlete, he has completed scores of marathons, triathlons, and other races and has coached basketball, cross country, and soccer.

Eric Thompson
Eric is a former City of Deland police officer and K-9 handler.He served as a deputy US Marshal in Orlando for nearly 30 years. Part of his duties included fugitive investigations, court operations, courthouse security, prisoner movements and the construction of the new courthouse.

Mary Frances (Sage) Stage
Mary Frances Stage (Sage). Is originally from Winter Park, Florida and was raised in an Air Force family which afforded her the opportunity to live all over the USA as well as in Japan. It didn't matter where she lived, she spent our summers here in Florida with her grandparents and cousins. Sage worked in Montessori education as a teacher and a principal for 21 years. After retiring from education, she decided to finally fulfill her personal dream of owning and operating a shop on Flagler Avenue in NSB. In September of 2021, she opened Shades of NSB.

Nicole Gargasz
Nicole is a Senior Land Development professional with over 30 years’ experience in the civil engineering industry and founded her own engineering company in 2019. As a 4th generation of New Smyrna Beach, Nicole holds the value and charm of our lovely City close to her heart. She is a past member of the Sea Turtle Protection Society and currently a member of the SEV Chamber of Commerce.

Larry Wilton
Larry was an international executive most of his working life living and working in all areas of the world.His last assignment was as CEO of Philips Lighting Nafta and head of marketing for them world wide. Retired 2002 he went to sit on board of directors and run companies for Venture Capital companies. He currently runs his own investment firm to keep himself busy in retirement.
